First and foremost, I'm too old for this shit. Seriously, 30 is knocking on my door within the next 18 months or so. I'm married, I have a mortgage, I have cats. I also have this incredible desire to move abroad and live somewhere that's not the incredible boringness that is South Lincs.

My musical tastes haven't changed much recently. First bands I ever liked were Faith No More and Guns and Roses.. moving swiftly on to Sisters of Mercy and then my beloved Cradle of Filth. When I met my husband, his love of oldschool UK rock namely Iron Maiden got to me, add in a sprinkling of Anthrax (that's OLD Anthrax with Joey) and just recently, Finntroll, Korpiklaani and anything Viking and Metal and that's where I am. Oh, ok yes. I forgot - I do quite like those VK boys over the sea. It's not an obsession or anything.. I can stop listening to them any time I want.. *twitch*

What else to say, nothing really. I think I'm very British. I que. I wait my turn. I hate children - no not just dislike, but I really HATE them. Can't stand them. I also can't understand the majority of people I've encountered on the internet - certain forums, communities etc - they make me laugh at their inane whimpering about certain shit.

I think I'm quite optimistic, hub would say I'm naive.. yeah ok I sometimes do things first and then think about the consequences later but meh.

So basically, from reviewing this I think it's safe to say I'm a passive bitch. Yes.

A conversation I once had.. (in my dreams)

He looks at me from across the table, his hair for once, not covering his eyes.

"Ok, why

"Well," I take a sip of my coffee, black no sugar, and stare back at him. I remind myself that I am married and try to ignore what I'm thinking as best I can. "I'm the "emma" part and the rest...? Well, the way I see it is I'm quite insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Real life, the good stuff, that's all over there and me? I'm just the side show, something to pass the time until the main event starts."

He smiles at this comment and reaches forward, patting my hand with his.

"I do believe you're quite insane."

I smile back, hell I can't help but smile at him!

"Says you! Uh.. ゴルデン。スパイク。ヘル。??? What the fuck is that all about?"

He laughs and raises his coffee. "Touché..."
